I will be sailing on the Dream this July. While in Nassau, we are deciding between the "Caribbean Queen snorkel tour" and the "Catamaran sail and reef snorkeling". Do you have a reccomendation as to which one is better? Thank you!!

    Hi, Jaclyn!

Congratulations on your upcoming cruise aboard the Disney Dream this summer -- you are going to think you're living a dream when you sail!

As far as choosing a snorkeling Port Adventure in Nassau, you really can't go wrong with either of these choices -- it's really going to depend on your personal preferences.  The experience on the Caribbean Queen caters to a larger crowd with an easier transition to the water. Both excursions anchor in similar areas, but the Catamaran Sail and Snorkeling experience has more flexibility since there are fewer guests and a smaller vessel. The captain may tailor the experience based on conditions and the group's preferences.

I personally like the experience of being on a catamaran with the big sails and then jumping in from the boat. However, some guests may prefer the larger boat and being able to practically walk into the water. I hope that gives you an idea of what meets your expectations better.

Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
