We are sad because we are at DW from June 22 till 28 and we will miss Toy Story opening. Should we just skip HS because most of it will be closed?

    Hey, Bonita!

Toy Story Land opens the day my family arrives to start our vacation, and my husband is thinking we should skip Disney's Hollywood Studios to avoid the crowds. Silly man.

There is still so much to see and do at Disney's Hollywood Studios, even with the opening of Toy Story Land. Thrill rides like The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror  and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, Star Wars, Beauty and the Beast, Muppets, and more - all of that stuff will still be up and operating when you are there.

I think it's still worth visiting the park, and I would venture to guess that other guests who will be there as Toy Story Land opens may not visit the park in as high a number as they may have otherwise. They may wait for the big day, and consequently, you may find the park a bit easier to navigate than it normally would be on a late June day.

    Wishing you a magical visit!
