I am running the WDW marathon in Jan. I know spectators can watch at mile 5 at the castle and at the end. Is there anywhere else they can watch? Having run a full before, but not at WDW, I'm worried about motivation in the in-between miles! Thanks!

    Hi Carrie!

One thing you can count on at Walt Disney World is a very entertaining and motivating course. Even though your fans can't be everywhere-- there will be thousands of volunteers and Disney cast members that will be along the course cheering for you.  There will also be loads of entertainment, and you get to spend time in all four parks AND the Wide World of Sports complex during the full marathon.

That being said, there are several place your friends and family can be to view you.  Go to the Walt Disney World Marathon weekend spectator page.  (Click on the tab "SPECTATORS") There are lists of things you can purchase to help enhance spectating, but also advice on the best places to watch and how to get there.

Please let me know if you have any other questions!
