We have a rum tasting booked from 930-1030 the night of pirate night. Will we have time to make it to the top deck to see the fireworks right after if we hurry?

Welcome aboard, Alexander! This spring is a wonderful time to set sail with Disney Cruise Line! There is so much to offer for everyone in the family, including adults!

Disney's ships offer an incredible array of adult activities onboard, including the beverage tasting seminars. My husband and I have taken part in quite a few of these when we've sailed, and let me tell you, they're worth every penny. The bar tenders who teach the seminars are not only super knowledgeable, but super generous with their pours, so you're in for a treat! Since you've booked the rum tasting for Pirate Night, you will want to head straight up to the pool deck when you're done to see the Buccaneer Blast fireworks. Check your Personal Navigator or the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App that day to get the exact starting time for the fireworks, so you won't miss them.

In my experience, the beverage tastings tend to run longer than advertised, but since this one is leading up to the fireworks, I bet a lot of guests will want to wrap up just in time. If you notice it's almost time for the fireworks and you're not done in the tasting, you can quietly slip out a bit early if you must. Don't miss the Buccaneer Blast fireworks at sea like only Disney can do, Alexander! It's really a unique part of the cruise.

    Have fun planning this adventure!
