What are the rules about strollers at Disney World? Can I have my stroller while waiting in line for a ride?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Rachael!

As the mom to two little Mouseketeers, I have pushed strollers many miles through the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks! Guests are welcome to bring strollers to the theme parks, provided they are not larger than 36 inches x 52 inches. We have used both single and double strollers successfully for our trips and both have worked well, allowing our kids have comfortable places to sit and nap and the adults can push them comfortably throughout the day. You will be required to park your stroller in the designated Stroller Parking prior to entering attraction lines or attraction buildings, such as Epcot's The Land. You can, however, bring your stroller with you on the Walt Disney World Railroad in Magic Kingdom. This works well if you are using the train to get to a different section of the park so you can use your stroller once you get to your destination. Stroller Parking is generally located in a convenient spot near the entrance or exit of the attraction and a Cast Member will be able to assist you if you need help finding it. I have found that tying a balloon to your stroller is a great way to locate your stroller in the sea of Stroller Parking!
