What are the rules to strollers ? can you bring a home made one ?

    Hi Daniel,

Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel.

It's great to see you planning for your Walt Disney World vacation!

If you're visiting Walt Disney World with stroller-age little ones, I highly recommend a stroller solution that offers comfort and safety for them and easy manageability for you. When we first visited with our son, we brought our folding backpack stroller that provided the best of both traveling approaches for our little guy to tour the theme parks comfortably.

There are Park Rules for strollers and prohibited items that you'll want to review before your visit. For example, strollers cannot be larger than 36" x 52" in size, and wagons are not permitted. When you travel on the Walt Disney World Bus Service and Walt Disney World Water Transportation, you'll need to fold your stroller. Before you enter a theme park, you'll pass through a security checkpoint, and if your stroller has a storage area, you can expect it will be checked. While I know you asked about homemade strollers, my best suggestion is to review all the Park Rules and Regulations so you can enjoy your best vacation experience. The great news is that stroller rentals are easily available. I also encourage you to check out all the expert advice that Disney Park Moms Panelists have shared in their answers to questions about strollers. You'll find lots of really helpful information.

Daniel, here's wishing you a wonderful Walt Disney World vacation.

    Enjoy your Disney!
