    I have a room only reservation for April of 2020. It’s showing up on My Disney Experience website but not on the app. It’s saying the reservation cannot be found. Is it just too early to show up? Thanks!!

    Hey, Ashley and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Wahoo! you are headed to Walt Disney World Resort next spring. This is one of my favorite times of year to visit the House of the Mouse. With beautiful weather and the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival in full "bloom", your trip will be filled with pixie dust, butterflies, and fireworks.

    Sounds to me like you need some technical support from the My Disney Experience support team as this could be a My Disney Experience mobile app issue. First, I would make sure your app is updated. If that does not solve the problem then please contact a Cast Member at (407) 939-4357 and share your issue with them. Personally, my My Disney Experience mobile app has not shown my Disney Resort Hotel reservations, FastPass+ selections, dining reservations, and even theme park tickets for me at times. A simple call was all it took to get everything squared away.

    Disney Dad Tip: Making a room only reservation is brilliant. Keep on the lookout for Special Offers as the fall rolls around so you can convert that room only reservation into an enchanted Disney Resort Hotel Package.
