What rides can pregnant women go on?

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Tara!

I have visited the Walt Disney World Resort while pregnant with both of my little ones, so I can honestly tell you that there will be plenty for an expecting mother to do.

The majority of rides without a height restriction are pregnancy friendly, and there are simply too many to list!

For example, in the Magic Kingdom, you will be able to ride The Haunted Mansion, The Mad Tea Party, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, and Pirates of the Caribbean, among many many others.

At Disney's Hollywood Studios, make sure that you get a FastPass+ for Toy Story Mania! and the all-new Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway! Both attractions are pregnancy-friendly. In Disney's Animal Kingdom, you can explore the waters of Pandora - The World of Avatar on Na'vi River Journey, and you will fall in love in the first time in forever with Frozen Ever After in Epcot.

This is just a small sample of the rides that you can go on. Here is a complete list of rides that pregnant women are not advised to ride; you will see that it is mostly roller-coster and thrill attractions. Tara, each ride will also have clear signage posted out front that specifies if it is considered safe for an expectant mother, so you will want to verify at the front of each attraction.

My biggest advice for an expectant mother would be to take breaks in a cool area throughout the day, and be sure to stay hydrated! When I was pregnant, I loved visiting the Baby Care Centers. Even though my little ones weren't taking advantage of the awesome changing centers or nursing rooms at the time, I found it was a great spot to put my feet up and just relax.

I hope that this helped, Tara. Please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if we can help as you plan your magical vacation.
