What rides can a pregnant woman ride?

    Hi Tara,

Congratulations on the upcoming arrival of your sweet little Mouseketeer! So exciting! You're going to have so much fun during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and I think you'll be pleased to know that there's still plenty that you'll be able to do!

Since there are more attractions that you will be able to experience than ones you won't, I'll share with you this list of attractions that expectant mothers should not ride. Feel free to filter it by theme park to easily see which attractions you'll need to wait until another visit to experience. I'd definitely encourage you to also check at each attraction's entrance for signs posted notifying Guests of any health or safety advisories just to be sure there aren't any warnings for expectant mothers before you ride.

There is lots of walking involved in a Walt Disney World Resort vacation, so during my visits while pregnant, I was always sure to wear super comfy shoes, stay hydrated, and take breaks to rest. You may want to consider pampering yourself with a relaxing pregnancy massage at one of Disney's spas while you're here, too! Also, I'd definitely be sure to take advantage of the FastPass+ service to bypass those standby lines and enjoy shorter wait times. Plus, did you know that after you experience your first three FastPass+ selections, you may continue to make selections, one at a time, through the My Disney Experience app or an in-park kiosk? By maximizing the use of FastPass+, you'll be able to experience even more magical moments around the theme parks!

Congratulations again, Tara, and have a fun, relaxing, and truly magical vacation!
