    Denise from CT Asked

what rides have child swap and what are the height/weight restrictions on these rides?

    Hi Denise,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm excited to hear that you're planning a Disney adventure with some little Mouseketeers in your life! There's nothing more special than seeing a child you love's face light up with Disney magic!

The Rider Switch service is such a blessing to families traveling with little ones who aren't quite ready for some of the more thrilling attractions. It will allow all of the big kids in your group to enjoy an experience without needing to wait in line twice. To use it, you'll simply want to ask the Cast Member at the attraction entrance before you hop in line to get it all set up for you. Here's a handy dandy list of all of the attractions currently offering it. You'll notice that it's only attractions that have various height restrictions. To keep the littlest Guests safe, all of Disney's attraction accessibility is based on height, not weight, and you can find a list of each attraction's height restriction (if applicable) here. I hope that this helps you as you're planning which rides your little one can join you on and which ones you'll want to take advantage of Rider Switch to enjoy.

Please let us know if there's anything else we can help with as you're planning your trip, Denise. I hope that you have a truly magical vacation and create memories you'll cherish forever!
