A q about rider switch. We are going soon to WDW. We are planning to use Rider Switch because my youngest son has disability. If I use FP let's say for space mountain, will my wife need to have FP for the same ride in order to get a rider switch pass?

Hi, Nawaf! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thanks for stopping by to bring us your question!

Rider Switch is a great service and one that I use often, so everyone in my family can enjoy the parks and attractions at their own pace and ability. You can use this great service on its own or pair it up with a pre-booked FastPass+. If you are hoping to use if with FastPass+, simply alert the Cast Member at the attraction entrance, grab the lanyard you will exchange for a paper FastPass+ before boarding, and head to the FastPass+ queue to enter the attraction. When you use Rider Switch without FastPass+, the process is the same, except the first rider will use the Stand-By queue at the attraction.

Nawaf, have you also considered a Disney Parks Disability Access Service Card? This service might be helpful for your family during your visit making your experience a smoother one for your Mouseketeer! For more information, be sure to visit the Disney Parks Disability Access Service Card Fact Sheet (by selecting the underlined link) to see if this service is something you want to set up for your upcoming visit to the place where the magic is endless!

I hope this information was helpful! Please do come back and see us again for any additional questions, tips, or advice for your upcoming magical vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort.

    See ya real soon,
