How do the ride/attractions tiered for Fast Passes?

Hello and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Mike, we thank you for this excellent question!

Disney’s FastPass+ Service is a convenient way to by-pass the standby queue at select Walt Disney World Resort Character Greetings, shows and attractions. Using My Disney Experience on your computer, or the handy My Disney Experience mobile app, you can select your FastPass+ experiences 30-days before your scheduled visit, or 60-days before your Disney Resort hotel reservation package check-in – one of many benefits of being our Resort hotel Guest. At any Disney Theme Park, once your first 3 FastPass+ selections have expired, you can then select FastPass+ experiences, one at a time, at any Theme Park FastPass+ Kiosk, or on your My Disney Experience mobile app.

The Tiers for FastPass+ Service are currently available at Epcot, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Tier 1 enables you to select one choice per day, per Guest and two choices from available experiences from Tier 2. FastPass+ times cannot be overlapped and you will receive an alert if your FastPass+ window overlaps, or is near a Disney Dining Reservation. As well, if you have booked entertainment such as a live show, be sure that the requested arrival window does not overlap any Disney Dining Reservations to avoid conflict.

    Happy FastPass+ Planning!
