Disney's Magical Express

Can I ride the Disney Magical Express back to the airport at the end of my resort stay even if I'm not getting on a plane that day? Going to a different hotel, it's closer to the airport than WDW.

Hi, Stephanie! This is a really great question, so I am glad you stopped by to chat with us! While so many guests think their Walt Disney World Resort vacation begins as soon as they step into one of the theme parks, my daughters know their magical adventure has begun as soon as they are onboard a Disney's Magical Express motorcoach! They look forward to watching all of the videos (huge fans of Gus the motorcoach driver!) and eagerly await our resort arrival.

All guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel are entitled to a ride on Disney's Magical Express to Orlando International Airport on the day of their resort check-in and check-out. I just spoke with a fantastic Cast Member who suggested the best way to set this up is to give them a call at (866) 599-0951. You can let the Cast Member know the time you would like to return to the airport and they can reserve your family spots on the bus that will be running from your resort at the closest available time. You will then be free to continue making magic your own way!

Stephanie, have you got your FastPass+ selections picked out yet? You are welcome to begin making those as soon as you are 60 days away from check-in for the Walt Disney World Resort hotel section of your trip. There are some amazing attractions that feature FastPass+, helping you minimize your wait in line to experience them. Be sure to mark that 60-day very important date in your calendar!

Thanks so much for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions!
