    I am reviewing my existing hotel reservation, and no where on the reservation is there a button to click that states "make a payment". I can't even find how much has been paid, and how much is still owed. Please help. Thanks

    Hello, Amy!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

    It sounds like you know where to go and are following these steps:  Log In, My Disney Experience and My Reservations.  At this time, the website is undergoing some enhancements which may be causing some functions to be unavailable at this time.  The Disney Help Center is on the matter and may have fixed the issue by the time you read this.  Until then, you are more than welcome to call (407)939-6244 and a Cast Member will be more than happy to assist you with making a payment.
