What resturants offer collectable drink glasses we can set out to collect and is there still a map of pressed penny locations and where can I get one? What are some other off the beaten path things to do? I'm looking to spice things up a bit! Thanks.

You are asking several questions, so let me take them one at a time:

    1) Collectible drink glasses - this is your hardest question, and perhaps why we have taken so long to answer this question.  I personally do not know of specific collectible drink glasses from the restaurants (but they may exist).  The only similar things that come to mind are:
    - Most of the restaurants have re-usable plastic cups for kids.  The designs on some of these are different.
    - Many stores sell coffee cups and mugs (I personally have a large collection of different WDW coffee mugs)
    - The resorts sell re-fillable soda mugs, and these change over time, and sometimes vary by resort

    2) Pressed penny information is available at any guest services.  Be sure to bring pre-1982 pennies to use in the machines, because they are solid copper.  After 1981 zinc was added to pennies, which makes them difficult if not impossible to clean.  A handy trick to have the correct coins ready is to bring a M&M tube filled with repeating stacks of 2 quarters and a penny.

    3) Other collection ideas: Disney pin trading (my favorite!!), magnets, holiday ornaments, antenna balls, and DVC points (OK, the last one is a joke, and a very expensive one at that!)
