What are the restrictions for a pregnant person going on rides?

    Hello Angela!

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I have been to Walt Disney World many times while pregnant and have enjoyed every trip. First, I recommend talking to your physician about the attractions you would like to ride. I rode everything I wanted to, but I am not a thrill ride lover, so it was easy for me to stay away from those. Please talk to your doctor about your specific needs.

With all the rides and attractions Walt Disney World Resort has to offer, there are currently 29 that have an Expectant Mother Advisory. Be sure to consult the signage posted at each attraction—which includes height requirements, health and safety advisories, and accessibility guidelines.

Don't forget to hydrate and take things at your pace. If you have any other questions, please come back and see us real soon. Have a magical vacation!
