I want a resort that is close to DW and roomy. I have four children ranging from 1-16. What do you suggest?

    Hi Becky!

With a family of your size you are going to want to have all of the space you can find! We are a family of five and sometimes it can be difficult to find a resort hotel that accommodates our family size and also keeps us within budget.

For your family, I recommend staying at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. This resort is new and will transport you into some of your favorite Disney Pixar movies. Disney’s Art of Animation Resort falls under the “value” category when it comes to pricing, but you definitely will not feel like you are staying at a value resort.

The rooms are spacious family suites. They include a private bedroom with one queen sized bed, a TableBed that converts into a double size bed, a sleeper sofa, living room, two bathrooms and even a kitchenette! You can choose to stay in different themed suites such as The Little Mermaid, Cars, Finding Nemo, and The Lion King.

By choosing to stay at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel you get all of the perks and amenities that Disney World offers! You can take Disney’s Magical Express to and from the Orlando International Airport (they will even bring your luggage directly to your hotel room!) You can take advantage of bus transportation from your resort hotel to all of the four theme parks, two water parks, and Downtown Disney. You also get the perk of Extra Magic Hours allowing you to have extra park time that is only available to Disney resort guests!

I find that staying at a Walt Disney World Resort property really makes our vacation experience out of this world. My kids love that we can all share the same space and still have enough room that we are not tripping over each other. Please visit us again with more of your trip planning questions!
