Which resort has the best pool?

    Hello Melissa!

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Ah, which Walt Disney World Resort hotel has the best pool? Now that's about as controversial amongst us Disney Parks Moms Panelists as asking which child is our favorite. Just kidding, they are all splashtastic! I'll tell you which pools seem to be the most popular though.

Stormalong Bay, which is shared by Disney's Beach and Yacht Club resorts is very popular among Guests. It includes beaches, sandy bottoms, a lazy river, and an enormous water slide themed by a shipwreck that will have you screaming from fun! However, I often find it crowded, because it is so popular.

A personal family favorite is the Lava Pool at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. The pool is surrounded by a towering volcano, a beautiful waterfall, and a thrilling water slide. It also offers a zero-depth entry if you have little Nemos that don't have lucky fins to help them swim. It truly feels like a tropical paradise. Also, it's steps away from Aloha Isle which serve Dole Whips. That right there makes it a winner in my book.

For the Value Resorts, the Big Blue Pool at Disney's Art of Animation Resort is the largest pool on property. There are no water slides, but you can listen to your favorite Disney songs underwater! It also is zero-entry depth and great for the family.

I hope this helps, Melissa. Please visit us again if you have any other questions.

    Have a magical, fantastical vacation!
