Does a FL resident have to go directly to a Disney ticket counter to redeem passes bought through the web? Where is the easiest place to redeem them? We have 3 passes for over 10 yo, but one is for a 12yo. Do we only have to show our FL ID for the 2 adult

Hi.  As a Florida resident myself, I have been through this process before and it couldn't be simpler.

With the voucher you receive through the internet, you can take these directly to any Disney ticket counter.   A Disney Cast member will then exchange these vouches for your official passes.

For the two adults traveling, acceptable Florida identification will be required.   For my two younger children (8 and 6), no additional verification for them was required.   In addition, based upon the experience of my neighbors with slightly older children (like the 12 year old mentioned), as long as they proved Florida residency, no additional verification was required either.     Hope this helps!
