    I reserved two rooms for June 2016- one for my family and another for my mom who is coming with us. We were able to view and customize the Magic Bands for my family members, but my mom's is not showing up and won't link. Any suggestions?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  We are so thrilled to help answer your question concerning your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!

    I am so sorry you are having issues linking your Mom's reservation with your family's reservation.  However, I have some MAGICAL news to fix this problem!  All you have to do is call (407) 939-7765 and speak to the My Disney Experience Tech Support Team.  They will be able to make sure everything is linked and ready to go for your UNFORGETTABLE vacation!  Just so you know, I have called several times, and all of my issues were resolved immediately!
