    we reserved an "on property" sleigh ride over the phone and paid. Should the reservation show up on my itinerary? It has not so far.

    Hello Jackie, great name!  Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. 

    No worries, your sleigh ride will not show up automatically in your MyDisneyExperience account. Hopefully, in the future this feature will be added.  If you would like to see it in your daily itinerary, there is a way to add it manually.  Once you are logged in to your MyDisneyExperience account, click the "My Itinerary" button.  Find the day that you will be enjoying the sleigh ride and then look to the left hand side of the screen under the date.  You should see a small plus sign and a clickable "add plans" button. Click that and then select "add a note".  From there you'll see a small box to add information like the time, date, location and description of the note you are adding.  I like to add the confirmation number in the details box that way I have it on hand. Once you are finished, hit "add note" and then you will be able to see it show up when you look at your daily itinerary.
