    I reserved my Disney Fastpass+ at 60 days. When I go on the app I can’t see the Fastpass information. It says I already have plans that day, so I can’t add any. I am not trying to add them. I just want to see them.

    Making FastPass+ selections is definitely one of the highlights of planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Reserving a spot to enjoy your favorite attractions is simply amazing. If you cannot see your FastPass+ plans using the My Disney Experience mobile app, I recommend first making sure that you have the latest version of the app on your mobile device. If you still can’t see your selections, log in to your Disney account using your computer or Internet browser on your mobile device. Once you see your selections, I suggest making screen shots of your plans. This has already saved me at Disney’s Animal Kingdom when my phone could not connect to Wi-Fi and the app. If you still have issues, please call (407) 939-5277 for assistance.
