If I reserve a room, can I update later to pay the room in full, prior to trip? Once I pay in full, if a room at different resort that we want-can I cxl & rebook or transfer reservation if over 72 hrs?

Hi Chris! Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Based on the current policy and with the understanding pricing is subject to change, if you have a vacation package, you may change or cancel your Resort hotel reservation up to 30 days prior to arrival without penalty. Changes made within 30 days of arrival may incur a $50 change fee per package. Changes made within 14 days of arrival may incur an additional $15 processing fee. Non-refundable airfares could incur additional change fees depending on the airline.

If you have a room only reservation, it can be modified at any time prior to arrival without penalty.

As you are planning your vacation, if you have an inkling you might be changing, I encourage you to contact a Cast Member with Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936. They can provide further details based on your Resort hotel reservation. They can also help you to create the perfect package for you and your traveling party.

You are visiting Walt Disney World Resort at a very popular time of year. Resort hotels can fill up quickly around the holidays so I encourage you to plan your vacation and confirm your reservation as soon as possible.

You will love visiting Walt Disney World Resort in November. The weather is typically beautiful and depending on your departure date, you may see the theme parks transform into a Christmas wonderland overnight. It's so magical!

Thanks for dropping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Please let me know if you have any other questions as you plan your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
