    Mark from VA Asked

How do I reserve Pack n plays at Polynesian?

    Hi Mark!

It's so exciting to see you will be at Walt Disney World Resort in a few short days!

Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is one of my family's favorite Resort hotels. We stayed there a few months ago and have a return trip planned for early 2020. It's beautiful and the location is perfect!

Typically, a Pack 'n Play playard can be requested when Guests arrive at the Resort hotel. They are on a first-come, first-serve basis. I also encourage you to contact Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936 and ask the Cast Member to add it to your reservation now.

If you haven't already done so, I encourage you to use the Online Check-In service. I love this service! You will receive a text-message when your room is ready. The text includes your room number. If you receive your text before your arrival, you might also want to call the Resort hotel's phone number to double check that a Pack 'n Play is either already in your room or ask to have one be delivered while you're still in transit to your Resort hotel. For your convenience, the phone number of Disney's Polynesian Village Resort will be included in the text you receive. If you would like to save the information to your contact list now, the phone number for Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is (407) 824-2000.

I'm so excited for you! Enjoy visiting Walt Disney World Resort with your little one! I know every moment is going to be magical!
