Hi, We have reservations at the Sci-Fi Diner, which we LOVE! Do they have tables or is it all car seating? The cars were tight on us last time and we will have a larger person in our group this year and I want to make sure everyone is comfortable!

Welcome, Lisa! From one Ohioan to another, I know you're in for a fun fall time escape from Ohio down to Orlando for some magical Disney adventures at the Walt Disney World Resort.

My family and I really enjoy the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant at Disney's Hollywood Studios. My son loves cars of any kind, so to get to dine in a "car" while watching old films is a lot of fun for him, and for us all! The atmosphere in this restaurant really makes you feel as if you're dining outside at night at a real drive-in movie theater. So unique!

I understand that not every guest wants to slide into those car seat benches to dine, so don't worry! Disney also offers tables (that still have the car front and back), but guests sit across from each other at a regular table in between the two parts of the car, in regular seats. That sounds like it'll be a great spot for your party to enjoy the meal when you're there. Specific requests like that are welcome, but you may need to wait just a bit longer than normal to ensure you're seated at one of those tables instead. Just let the Cast Member who checks you in for your reservation know that the table seating would be more comfortable for your group!

Have so much fun as you continue to plan for this trip, Lisa!
