How do I make reservations for 2 parties that want adjoining rooms at the Art of Animation resort? We want 1 Family Suite and 1 standard room together. Does this layout work?

    Hi, Candice!

Disney's Art of Animation Resort is one Disney resort I have not stayed at yet, but it is for sure on my "Bucket List" to give it a try!

Standard Rooms (Little Mermaid themed) are in separate buildings from the Family Suites, so this plan will have to be altered a bit.  The Little Mermaid Section is closest to the Lion King Family Suites, so to be as close as possible, I would book one Little Mermaid Room (requesting building 9) and one Lion King Suite (requesting building 10).

Keep in mind this will still keep you in different buildings, but as close as possible. Also remember that requests are noted but cannot be guaranteed. I would make my reservation by phone and have it noted that you want these reservations linked with your building requests.

About 5 days prior to your arrival, send a friendly fax directly to the resort ATTN:  Room Assignments to remind them of your request. While they will do their best, please be understanding that they are assigning 2,000 rooms and suites, so not everyone can be accommodated.

I hope you find the perfect room arrangement for you magical Walt Disney World vacation!
