I have reservations at 1900 park fare and am staying at Port Orleans Riverside. I'm assuming I can take the bus to a place where I can catch the monorail to the Grand Flordian, Do I need valid park admission to catch the monorail at Magic kingdom?

Hello, Amanda!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

You are correct!  All you will need to do is head on over to the Magic Kingdom from your resort. Once you arrive at the Magic Kingdom, you just need to make your way to the resort monorail.  You will not need a park ticket in order to ride the monorail.  The monorail is located just outside the entrance to the Magic Kingdom.
