All my reservations are on one credit card. My bank sent me a new card with a microchip and deactivated my old one I made reservations with. What do I do? Do I need to bring both cards? Is there a way to switch cards without losing my reservations? Thanks!

    Hi there Amberly,

My banks have done the same thing with all of my cards!  The new technology is really neat, but sometimes having to switch cards can be confusing.   You don't need to worry too much about having the new card number.  Even if you show up with the new card, and not the old one, that's ok because the Cast Members at check-in can just update your account with the new credit information.  The old card won't be necessary.

If you want to go ahead and take care of this beforehand, especially if you have already designated the old card for incidental charges during your stay, you can make a quick phone call to the Walt Disney Travel Company at (407)WDISNEY and they can go ahead and update your account with the new credit card information.  You will not lose your reservation, as it has already been secured.

    Best Wishes,
