Hi Sharon! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

While I have never experienced a Horseback Trail Ride at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, I hear that it is a really great experience. You can check in at the entrance of Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground or right at the Tri-Circle-D Ranch. They do ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation is scheduled to begin.

Disney’s Pop Century Resort is one of my favorites! I do love that you don’t have to share a bus with any other resort hotel. If I were you, I would take the Complimentary Resort Transportation from Disney’s Pop Century Resort and take it to Magic Kingdom Park. Once you arrive at Magic Kingdom Park, you can then take the ferry boat to Fort Wilderness. If you are still unsure of the best way to get there or would like additional instructions, I encourage you to go to your Concierge Desk at your resort hotel. They are absolutely wonderful and are always extremely helpful when I am in need of more guidance!

I hope that you have a great time!
