    We have reservations for 2 families at a Disney resort but only one family has been able to book Magicbands, the other family is getting an error message. How do I fix this?

    Thank you for bringing us your question about your upcoming vacation at Walt Disney World! How exciting you will be traveling with extended family!
     
    If a few people in your party are having trouble customizing their MagicBands via My Disney Experience app or on the website, you should contact the My Disney Experience, MagicBands and FastPass+ Team at (407) 939-4357, so they can look into the situation. Keep in mind that MagicBands are not shipped outside the U.S., so you will have to collect yours at your Disney Resort Hotel during check-in.
