    Latisha from MI Asked

Hi, I have a reservation for my 5 year old at BBB. She loves princesses. My question is regarding hair styling. We are African American and I have some concerns regarding how the FGIT's style AA children's hair? Can I choose not to have hairstyling? Thnx

Hi Latisha! Sounds like you have a girly girl, I can absolutely relate my daughters are princess fanatics. The Fairy Godmother's in Training at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique will make your daughter feel like a real life princess. I understand your concern about the hairstyling I was a bit worried too, but my oldest daughter wanted all the bling-bling so I simply pulled her hair up in a cute bun with a little left out in the front and let the Fairy Godmother's in Training work their magic.

My daughter LOVED it! She actually wore her hair "bedazzaled" for 2 days, when it was time to become a regular girl again I sprayed her hair with some leave-in conditioner to loosen the hairspray then I was able to wash it with no problem. Since we planned to have the princess experience I brought all her hair essentials so it was super easy to get back to normal.

My daughter had so much fun she's already planning her next visit, which will include her little sister who's now 3-years-old and dying to be princess pampered!

I hope this helps as you plan your daughter's magical visit.  Be sure to take lots of pictures!
