I have a reservation for the Ohana Feast and am starting to worry that my two picky eaters won't like it. Is all of the food on the menu authentic? If so, is there another dining experience comparable in price that may better accomodate my little ones?

My vote would be to keep the reservation John.  I had similar fears about taking my four children (ages 13 months to 13 at the time) to 'Ohana last year.  We went though, and had a fabulous time.  It's true that for unadventurous eaters the fare at 'Ohana might be daunting to say the least, but you'll be happy to hear that accommodations can be made for choosey little eaters.  When we were there, our server was quick to pick up on my youngest daughter's reluctance to try new things and kindly offered to bring out some far more familiar mac'n'cheese or a plate of chicken fingers.  My daughter quickly accepted the offer and her big 'ol bowl of macaroni arrived in no time.  Meanwhile, the rest of us thoroughly enjoyed the traditional offerings, especially the mesquite grilled turkey from the skewer.  DE-lish!

The kids had far more to enjoy than just the food though.  My younger ones participated in the coconut races around the dining room and managed to convince their young-at-heart great-grandmother to join them in a Congo line-esque parade that snaked through the restaurant.

In the end, a good time was had by all and we left 'Ohana with full bellies and smiling faces.  I hope your family enjoys the experience as much as we did.
