If you make a reservation for dinner and having a dining plan that doesn't cover the resturant can you still use the plan or do you pay for the meal out of pocket?

    Hi Terri,

My family love the Disney Dining Plan and with so many fantastic restaurants to choose from you really will be spoilt for choice!

To answer your question, you are only able to use your meal entitlements at restaurants which participate in the Disney Dining Plan.

You can find a comprehensive list of all the restaurants which do participate in the Disney Dining Plan HERE in the 2011 Disney Dining Plan brochure.

You are of course more than welcome to eat at any other restaurants located within Walt Disney World and pay for your meals out of pocket.

    Wishing you a magical trip!
