If I am the reservation contact on my ADR is it ok if my Brother goes in my place? The same number of guests will still be accurate. I am coordinating our reservations and needed to be in charge of updating/cancelling so that is why I am the contact...

    Hi Andrea,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! How nice of you to coordinate plans for everyone in your party!

We have faced a similar dilemma in the past. As long as your brother checks in and gives your name (the name of the reservation contact), the party should be seated. To be on the safe side, give him the dining reservation confirmation number also.

If you have not done so already, be sure that everyone in your party is listed as part of your My Family & Friends List. When it is time to make your Fast Pass+ selections, you can then make selections for everyone. Also be sure that several people in your group have downloaded the My Disney Experience Mobile App. As long as you all are connected through the My Family & Friends List, then everyone should be able to track plans.

It sounds like you have considered this, but with larger groups, keep in mind that everyone may not want to do the same attractions all of the time. Or, you may have children in the group that do not meet the height requirements for certain rides. When I travel with larger groups, we typically divide into smaller groups and make Fast Pass+ and dining plans in those groups. I also print out a copy of our schedule for everyone just in case we have trouble with the Mobile App while in the parks!

Andrea, I do have one final suggestion. If you have not done so already, consider purchasing Memory Maker to share among the group. It sounds as if you have a fabulous family trip planned and you will want to save those memories!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
