    Our reserv at CSR in 09/10 is a rm with King bed. We really want a rm with 2 Queens but none avail right now. Have been trying every day for a cancellation. If it can be changed at check in, will we then get a refund for the price difference? Thanks.

    You sure will!  If you are able to get a room that costs less, you will get that money back.  When this happened to us, we were given a choice of having the money credited back to our credit card, or receiving a credit on our room charge account.  We chose the latter, and used our returned money to pay for drinks, snacks, and other incidentals that we purchased during our stay.
