I have been researching menus a lot for our upcoming FIRST trip. I have noticed most counter serve menus state that fr.fries, soft drinks and such can be substituted upon request for the stated carrots, apple juice and such...is there a charge for this ?

In October 2006, WDW announced new food guidelines to give guests healthier eating options.

When the menu states that a substitution is available, it usually at no extra charge.

Our son prefers fruit over french fries but enjoys a soft drink now that he is over his apple juice phase. I have never been charged extra to make the substitution. Request what options are best suited to your family’s preferences and enjoy your first trip!
