Do they require to check the ages of young children upon admission via passport or birth certificate ? I know some 3 year olds often can be small and pass for a 2 year old and vise versa- what is disney policy on this and has it ever been an issue

    Hi Debbie!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. All children who visit Walt Disney World Resort under the age of three are personal guests of Mickey Mouse, and do not have to purchase theme park tickets. A Cast Member may ask your child's date of birth if you purchase theme park tickets at the parks. However, they will usually be able to tell if a child is younger than three. I know my family never had any issues when visiting with our children when they were between two and three.

Please let me know if I can assist you with any other questions as you plan your visit to Walt Disney World Resort.

    Have a magical day!
