    Stacey from CA Asked

Hello! When requesting a DAS, at Disneyland, does the whole family need to be present in line? Thank you! :)

    Hey Howdy Hey Stacey!

Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. The Disneyland Resort is extremely committed to making sure all Guests can experience the magic of the Happiest Place on Earth no matter their background, age, or abilities. Guests with disabilities have a number of resources to make their visits as carefree as possible. One of these is the Disability Access Service (DAS) which is a service provided to Guests who have a disability that impedes their ability to stand in a convention queue. It allows a Guest to schedule a return time to an attraction based on its current wait time. This can be requested at Guest Relations in person once you arrive at either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park.

Once the DAS is discussed and provided, you may have one member of your party obtain a return time at City Hall at Disneyland Park, Chamber of Commerce at Disney California Adventure Park, or any Guest Relations kiosk throughout either park as long as they have all the theme park tickets for everyone in the party wishing to ride. Once everyone is ready to ride the attraction, everyone including the Guest in possession of the DAS must board together in line. After this, you are welcome to obtain another DAS return time. Keep in mind you can also use this service in combination with Disneyland Resort's FASTPASS service.

I hope this was helpful, and I truly wish you the most magical vacation!
