how do we request a crib at port Orleans Riverside please? We are due to arrive on April 6. Also is there any way of finding out room location or is it just upon arrival?

    chEARs Catherine!

You are staying at one of the loveliest Disney Resort properties! Disney’s Port Orleans Resort Riverside will transport you to the quaint bayou all while being a quick stroll away from my favorite Disney dessert - the Mickey-shaped Beignets at Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory at Disney’s Port Orleans - French Quarter.

I've traveled to Walt Disney World Resort with babies many a time, and you will be glad to hear that complimentary cribs are available at every Disney Resort hotel. Most of the “cribs” are standard size Pack n’ Plays, but some larger cribs are available. The cribs come with a fitted sheet, and you can request one either at arrival or by calling your hotel beforehand.

If you download the My Disney Experience app and link your hotel reservation, you will get helpful updates on the day of check-in about your room. These updates will eventually include your room number. On the app, you also have an interactive map of the Resort that you can use to find your room when it is ready for you!

If your little one needs a rest while you are in the Parks, make sure to stop by the Baby Care Centers. They are a calm, quiet place to rest, eat and change a diaper. Honestly, they are some of my favorite places in the Theme Parks.

If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. I wish you a magical vacation!
