Hi Moms, repeat Disney traveller here looking for some sleeping-arrangement options. We're interested in any hotels having a king+daybed option (we've stayed at BC and love it, but wondering about others). Could we get a quick list? Thanks! Christy, N

    Hi Christy!

I also stayed at Beach Club this week and we had a great sleep arrangement, as we ordered a cot/rollaway bed for my son, so we were each able to have our own bed. This made for a much more comfortable sleeping arrangement for us all. We had two double beds, plus the cot.

All of the resorts offer an option to pay for a rollaway bed, as long as you don't exceed maximum occupancy for the room. The current price is $15 a night. You can request the bed when you check-in at your resort and they will bring it up to you.

None of the resorts offer a "daybed," but your other options for alternate sleeping arrangements include:

Port Orleans offers an option in the Alligator Bayou section of the resort to have a murphy bed that unfolds from the wall beneath the TV. This bed is sized for a child.

The new Art of Animation Resort has family suites, which can sleep up to six guests. There is a master bedroom and a living room that has a sleeper sofa and double sized Inova Table Bed. The All Star Resorts also have family suites available, which also can sleep up to six guests.

There are also several "Villas" available throughout Disney World that have one, two and even three bedroom options. These Villas, such as the ones at Bay Lake Towers, have many options, even including a three bedroom that will sleep up to twelve guests. The villas also provide you with a kitchen, which is great when you are staying for a long vacation or have picky eaters.

I hope you find the best option for your family.

    Magically,
    Stacy
