Want to rent a surrey at POR. Not staying there, and having never been there before, is there marked paths to follow for bike riding? Maybe one connecting to POFQ? Doing some recon at Disney resorts on this trip to plan for a future visit!

    Hi Lisa,

Yes, you can ride your surrey bike from Port Orleans Riverside to Port Orleans French Quarter on the wide marked paths and survey the surroundings at both resorts. It's been a little while since I rented one of the bikes there, but I don't remember getting a map. However, all the pathways are well-marked, and I'm sure you will have no trouble finding your way around. The surrey bikes must stay on the main pathways.

You can ask the cast members at the rental stand to help you plan a route that will allow you to see both resorts.

By the way, these two are among my favorites on Disney property, and I'm betting you will charmed and ready to make a reservation for your next visit.

    Enjoy!
