I renewed my Disneyland pass by phone, but my expiration date has not been updated online... does this usually take a few days?

    Hi there, Meredith!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks so much for stopping by with this Disneyland Resort question. I hope you’ve been enjoying the benefits of being an Annual Passholder this year. I’m glad to hear 12 more months of theme park magic at the Happiest Place on Earth are ahead of you!

Please keep in mind that your renewed Annual Passport will have the same expiration day and month as your original one did, but it will have a different year. If you want to verify your expiration date or view the details of your Annual Passport, sign in to your account on and then visit Annual Passholders Today. You can also call (714) 781-PASS (7277) for further assistance or clarification if your online account seems to reflect incorrect information.

I hope this helps, Meredith, and that you will have many more pixie-dusted adventures in Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park with your Annual Passport! Please feel free to write back with any other questions you may have. We'd be glad to help.

    Wishing you magic,
