    I can renew my pass online but the rest of my family can not it says their passes have expired! We all got them on the same day! So now what is gonna happen?

    That's really strange you're able to renew your Annual Passport but your other family members can't. I'm not exactly sure the reasons for their inability to renew. However, I suggest contacting (714) 781-PASS and speaking with a Disney Cast Member so they can assist you.
