If I renew my annual pass on a blackout day, can we enter the parks the blackout day we renew? Thanks

    Howdy, Lisa!

Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I hope you are as excited as I am for another year of visits to the Disneyland Resort. I’m especially looking forward to the “World’s Biggest Mouse Party” during Get Your Ears On – A Mickey and Minnie Celebration beginning later this month and to finally visiting the Black Spire Outpost at the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge this summer!

I spoke with a cast member about renewing Annual Passports. She indicated that it is usually possible for a Main Entrance ticket booth cast member to allow for entrance to the theme parks on the day of issuing a new Annual Passport. For renewals of existing Annual Passports, the regular blockout schedule for your particular level of Annual Passport would still apply.

If you are looking for more opportunities to visit the Disneyland Resort during blockout days, you may be interested in some recently-announced special offers on 3-day Disneyland Resort theme park tickets.

May your days be full of pixie dust as you enjoy using your Annual Passport this next year. Please come back with any more questions you may have.
