We will be relocating to Florida soon and was wondering if we are annual passholders, do we still qualify for the free dining promotions when we book resort only reservations?

Hi Todd and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

There are SO many benefits to being an Annual Passholder at Walt Disney World Resort! Florida Residents have several options of Annual Passes that give you varying levels of access to the theme parks and additional benefits.
The Passholder Program provides special offers and discounts. I try to check it frequently to make sure I know about any new discounts!

You can take advantage of a Free Dining Discount but you would be required to book your resort room and a minimum number of theme park tickets in order to qualify. As my fellow panelist Anna said in her answer to a similar question, this might not be your best option since you already have theme park tickets. I have calculated the costs for my family several times and the Annual Passholder resort room discount is often a better deal for us. Like Anna, I would also recommend the Tables in Wonderland card. This card costs current Passholders $150.00 and gives a 20% discount on food and beverages (alcoholic beverages included) at over 100 Walt Disney World Resort restaurants.

Todd, thank you for visiting with your question. I hope you'll let us know if we can help you with any other planning questions. I'm sending my best wishes for a smooth relocation to Florida!
    Wishing you many magical vacations,
    Amy H.
