    Shaune Asked

Hi, we are going with 2 registered sight impaired children and we would like to know if there are designated areas towards the front for disabled guests at shows? If so how do we access these?

Hello Shaune and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel where it's my absolute pleasure as the current British Panelist to assist your lovely family with their jolly holiday plans to visit the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.
I'm sure your 2 Mouseketeers are ridiculously excited about their upcoming Disney holiday and I'd like to take this opportunity to reassure you that when visiting the Disney Theme Parks and Resorts you're sure to find many super useful and convenient Services for Guests with Disabilities including additional Services for Guests with Visual Disabilities at Walt Disney World Resort plus Services for Guests with Disabilities at Disney Resort Hotels.
My family never misses the opportunity to have a sit down in the air-conditioned cool of an Attraction to catch one of the awesome seated Shows or Attractions where I'm happy to share that many have additional accessibility aids such as Assistive Listening and Audio Description for Guest comfort and enjoyment.  To gain access to any available forward seating in an auditorium style show I suggest explaining your families needs to the nearest Cast Member upon entering the Attraction queue.
It's my own families experience that helpful Cast Members are always on hand to offer Guests their pixie dusted knowledge whenever required plus it's always possible to email disability.services@disneyparks.com with any pertinent questions prior to arriving at Walt Disney World Resort.
    Have a great Disney day.
