I registered for Expedition Everest with a friend. I was going to go alone but want to bring my daughter. The race is now sold out. Any suggestions? Is there babysitting at the race or anyway to get her in if someone drops out??

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Tracy!

I hope you are looking forward to the Expedition Everest Challenge. May will be here before you know it! Unfortunately, now that the race is sold-out and with there being a non-transferable policy in place, there is no adding additional participants, even if there are runners unable to attend.

With regard to childcare for your princess, while there is not an option available at the race, Disney does endorse Kid's Nite Out, an in-room childcare service that provides certified sitters 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Reservations may be made by visiting the Kid's Nite Out website, or by calling 1-800-696-8105.

Another option is to utilize the Children's Activity Centers available a select Walt Disney World Resort hotels. The big consideration with this option is hours are only until midnight, and with the first wave of racers not hitting the course until 10:00pm, timing to get back before closing could be tight.

I really think the Kid's Nite Out service will best suite your needs and allow you to enjoy the Expedition Everest Challenge with your friend.

    Have a wild race!
