Hi, there!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jade. I'm so glad you stopped by!
My family loves
Disney's Rider Switch Service. We have a little one who's
too little for some of our favorite attractions, and Rider Switch allows everyone else in our family a turn to ride without doubling our wait time! Using Rider Switch is easy. As a group, approach the eligible attraction and request the Rider Switch Service. The Cast Member will ask who the designated waiting adult is and place a Rider Switch entitlement on that person's MagicBand or card. If the designated waiting adult will be waiting with the child alone, he or she may bring up to two Guests with them when returning to ride. These Guests will also be issued Rider Switch entitlements. The Rider Switch entitlements will be good to use during a one hour window that is assigned at the time they were received. I've only ever taken my two little guys as my Guests when I've been the waiting adult, and of course they needed to ride with me. I'm so glad I had company while I experienced the attraction! It's possible that the three riders from "Party 2" could use their Rider Switch entitlements to enter the FastPass+ line at different times within the assigned hour window, but to be better safe than sorry, I recommend the two Guests enter with the designated waiting adult.
Have you downloaded the
Play Disney Parks mobile app? This app is lots of fun with interactive games, theme park inspired playlists, and Disney trivia. My kids loved using it during our most recent vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort!
