Greetings, Ronald, thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with this great question.
In a dedicated effort to accommodate and afford all Guests an inclusive and enriching visit, Walt Disney World Resort offers many
Services for Guests with Disabilities which highlights Disney Parks
Disability Access Service which accommodates Guests with a disability, be it apparent or non-apparent, who are not able to wait in a conventional queue. The return time will be associated to your
MagicBand or Theme Park Media Card and remains valid until redeemed by the Guest entitled to the Disability Access Service. Please note, Guests can only have
one active return time at a time. As soon as an outstanding attraction return time is redeemed, Guests can receive a return time for the same or different attraction.
Ronald, in addition to Disney Parks Disability Access Service (DAS), Guests are welcome to utilize Disney's
FastPass+ Service which will further enhance their visit.
You may wish to have a look at
My Disney Experience online and mobile app where you can fully customize and control your vacation for Advanced Dining Reservations, FastPass+ selections, personalizing MagicBands and much more.
We hope this information is helpful, Ronald and would be honored to assist you with any other vacation planning in the near future.
Best Disney Wishes~
Jacqueline
