    What is your refund policy for changing or cancelling hotels? We have 3 families coming and trying to stay at the same resort ... we are not sure there are three rooms at pop century

    Hi Richard! I can understand why you will want to be at the same resort when traveling with other families. It just makes sense to be close and not trying to meet up all of the time.

    You can get a refund for a resort room up to five days before arrival to cancel for a full refund. This is for a room only reservation. If you are hoping to change resorts it is best to call the main reservation number 407-W-DISNEY to have them help you with the change versus trying to do this on line. You might also consider having a member of the three families on the call so decisions can be made for resort choices. Another option is to have one person make the reservation and put each room in the name of each family and upon arrival or calling before put their credit card on file for the room. You can definitely do this upon arrival when you check in.
